• Weather events
• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Public holidays
• Force majeure events
• Incorrect Address
• Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
• Additional shipping charges due to incorrect addresses may be charged to the customer.

1. RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled:

• Before dispatch only.
• After dispatch, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Returns

Returns may be accepted if:

• Requested within 5 days of delivery.
• Product remains unused.
• Original packaging is intact.
• Product tags remain attached.
• Non-Returnable Items

The following are non-returnable:

• Customized products
• Personalized products
• Clearance items
• Products damaged by misuse

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will typically be processed within:

• 7–14 business days
• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method where possible.

Damaged Products

If customers receive damaged products, they must notify Tuki Joys within:

• with supporting photographs.
